Return window
You can return a phone within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition of returned items
Return the phone complete, with its accessories and original packaging. Sign out of your Apple, Google or Samsung account first so the phone is not locked to you.
How to start a return
Send us your order ID through the contact form. We email you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
We refund the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the phone. Express delivery charges are refunded only when the phone was faulty or arrived damaged.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery through the contact form, and we replace the phone or refund you in full, including delivery.
