Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses in the 50 US states. We do not ship outside the United States.
When your order leaves
Orders placed before 1 pm Pacific time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Later orders are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times and costs
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and is free. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days and costs $19. Every phone is sent insured and needs a signature on delivery.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. You can also use Track an order with your order ID and email address.
