About these terms
These terms cover your use of this site and, once checkout opens, your orders. AUREL is an independent store and is not affiliated with the makers of the phones it lists.
Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation, and payment is taken when you place it. If a phone becomes unavailable or a price is wrong, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and match each maker’s US list price, checked on 19 October 2026. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you. Beyond those rights, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
